Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellations must be made within 24 hr of the appointment. Rescheduling can be done within the 24hr time frame.
Each appointment has a 15min grace period of tolerance. If passed, appointment is subject to cancellation.
No call no shows will be banned from booking.
All deposits and payments of services rendered are non refundable.
